Uniqda launched with jurisdiction-aware compliance for British Columbia, Ontario, and California, with more regions being added regularly. When you set up your center, the platform automatically adapts — showing the right incident report fields, drill frequency requirements, staff credential types, and health record requirements for your jurisdiction. If your region isn't supported yet, talk to us — we prioritize new jurisdictions based on demand.
Yes. The Uniqda kiosk app runs on any iPad or Android tablet and fully supports PIN check-in, QR code scanning, and parent signature capture in offline mode. Check-ins, check-outs, and medication logs are stored locally and sync to the cloud automatically when connectivity returns — parents and staff see real-time updates as soon as sync completes.
We process payments through Stripe. Card transactions carry a standard 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee (passed through at cost — we don't add a margin). ACH/bank transfers are 0.8% capped at $5. These are industry-standard payment processing rates. We never charge a platform percentage on top of your tuition revenue.
Your data is yours, full stop. When you cancel, we export everything — child records, attendance history, billing records, incident reports, staff files — in standard CSV and PDF formats at no charge. We retain encrypted data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind or need something we missed. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Yes. Parents can access the full parent portal through any web browser — no app download required. The web portal supports all features including daily reports, photo viewing, messaging, payment, and document signing. For a richer experience with push notifications, we have free iOS and Android apps that parents can optionally download.
